As you check in and start enjoying your stay, we want to introduce you to everything that will make your time here more comfortable and worry-free. Villa Aura offers peace, comfort, and coziness, and to help you make the most of it, we have gathered important information about the amenities, house rules, and safety guidelines.

Swimming Pool

The pool is heated and filled with saltwater, and it is open from April to October (depending on weather conditions). The heating system does not operate if the daily average temperature is below 15°C.

For water disinfection, we use salt electrolysis, ensuring crystal-clear water without the strong smell of chlorine. This technology is gentler on the skin and eyes, providing maximum comfort while swimming.

Pool depth: 1.40 m

The pool is equipped with a solar cover, which helps retain heat during the night and on cooler days. It is recommended to:

• Cover the pool in the evening or whenever it is not in use for an extended period.

• Use the roller located at one end of the pool to easily roll the cover on and off.

• You will receive detailed instructions upon check-in.

Safety Guidelines:

• Children must not be left unattended near the pool.
• Jumping into the pool is not allowed, as the depth is not suitable for diving and may cause injuries.
• Pool towels are provided for your convenience – please use them instead of indoor towels.
• Avoid swimming after consuming alcohol or under the influence of any substances.
• During bad weather (thunderstorms, storms), using the pool is unsafe due to lightning risks and slippery surfaces. For your safety, please wait until conditions improve before returning to the pool.

Jacuzzi Area

The jacuzzi has been designed as an addition to the relaxing atmosphere of Villa Aura – perfect for peaceful evenings under the stars or for a soothing start to your day.

The water temperature is maintained within a comfortable range. If you require any adjustments, please contact us.

Safety and Comfort Guidelines:

• Please take a quick shower before using the jacuzzi.

• Do not use the jacuzzi after applying sunscreen oils, lotions, or other cosmetic products, as they can leave residue on the surfaces, affect water quality, and interfere with the filtration system.

• Do not use the jacuzzi after consuming alcohol or while under the influence of intoxicating substances.

• Prolonged use (more than 20–30 minutes) is not recommended when the water temperature is high.

• Children may use the jacuzzi only under constant adult supervision.

• Do not add salts, foam products, fragrances, or any other substances to the water.

• Please replace the thermal cover after use to help maintain the water temperature and cleanliness.

Heating and Cooling

The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and an air conditioning system for year-round comfort.

Heating Mode (Winter Season)

• Underfloor heating ensures even warmth and coziness throughout the villa.
• Each room has an air conditioning system, which can be used for additional heating if necessary.
• If you would like to use the bioethanol fireplace, we will provide instructions upon check-in.

Cooling Mode (Summer Season)

• The villa is equipped with air conditioning systems in every room for a comfortable indoor temperature.
• To maintain a cool environment, we recommend keeping windows and sliding doors closed during the day to prevent hot air from entering.

Bioethanol Fireplace

The villa features a bioethanol fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere without smoke or ash. It operates with bioethanol fuel, which burns cleanly and odor-free.

Safety Guidelines:

• Only use the designated bioethanol fuel. Do not add any other types of fuel or liquids.
• Refill the bioethanol only when the fireplace is completely cool. Never pour fuel while the flame is active or the unit is warm.
• Use a special lighter for ignition.
• Do not leave the fireplace unattended while in use.
• The fireplace is not a primary heating source.
• To extinguish, use the provided lid and the designated tool.

Kitchen and Appliances

The kitchen at Villa Aura is fully equipped for your convenience. You will find all necessary appliances, utensils, and essential supplies, including dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and more.

Main Appliances:

• Capsule coffee machine
• Oven and stovetop – suitable for all types of cooking
• Extractor fan – for effective ventilation during cooking
• Large fridge with freezer – includes a filtered water dispenser and ice maker
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine & dryer

Additional Amenities:

• Electric kettle
• Full set of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans
• Tea, coffee, and basic spices

Please use the appliances carefully and turn them off after use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have ensured that maintaining cleanliness is easy and convenient.

• Guests are responsible for daily cleaning and waste disposal. The waste container is located in front of the house. Trash bags and other necessary supplies are provided.
• For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee – please let us know in advance if needed.
• If you spill a drink or liquid on sofas, beds, textiles, or carpets, please inform us immediately so we can assist with proper cleaning and prevent lasting stains.
• If any appliance or facility malfunctions, please notify us as soon as possible so we can take appropriate action.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. For your convenience, we have provided ashtrays, which we kindly ask you to use.

To ensure cleanliness and safety:

• Dispose of cigarette butts only in the provided ashtrays and ensure they are fully extinguished.
• Avoid smoking near wooden structures, garden furniture, or flammable materials.
• Do not place lit cigarettes on lounge chairs, upholstered, or fabric surfaces to prevent burns or damage.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A fine of 200 BGN will be imposed if smoking is detected inside the villa. If any damage occurs, the repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Quiet Hours and Neighbor Relations

Villa Aura is designed for relaxation and quality rest. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests and maintain good relations with neighbors, we kindly ask you to respect noise levels, especially during designated quiet hours:

Afternoon rest: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Night quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

After 10:00 PM, all outdoor gatherings, music, and conversations should be conducted at a lower volume to avoid disturbing the neighbors. While fun and social moments are part of the experience, please be mindful of noise levels, particularly in the evenings.

First Aid Kit and Medical Assistance

A first aid kit is available in the villa, containing basic medicines and first aid supplies – bandages, sterile gauze, plasters, antiseptic, a thermometer, and other essential items.

The kit is intended for providing first aid in case of minor injuries or mild discomfort.

In case of more serious symptoms or any concern regarding your health, please contact us immediately or seek professional medical assistance.

Safety and Emergency Situations

Fire Safety

• The villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and a fire blanket.
• The fire blanket can be used to smother small fires by placing it over the flames to cut off oxygen.
• In case of fire:
  • Stay calm and use the fire extinguisher or fire blanket.
  • If the situation becomes critical, evacuate immediately and call 112.

Emergency Situations

• Water supply outage: The villa has an autonomous water system to ensure availability until service is restored.
• Power outage: Contact us immediately – we will do our best to assist you.
