Check-Out Time
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.
- If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance so we can check and discuss the possibility.
Before You Leave
To ensure a seamless transition for both you and our next guests, we kindly ask you to follow these simple steps:
✔ Check for personal belongings – please look through drawers, closets, and bathrooms to ensure nothing is left behind.
✔ Dispose of all waste in the designated bin located in front of the house.
✔ Load and start the dishwasher to clean any used dishes and utensils.
✔ Place used towels in the bathroom before departure.
✔ Return any moved furniture or items to their original positions.
✔ Ensure that all windows and sliding doors are closed, and all lights and electrical appliances are turned off.
Security Deposit & Key Return
As we say goodbye in person, we hope you have had a wonderful stay at Villa Aura. Together, we will conduct a final inspection of the villa. If everything is in order and no damages have been incurred, your deposit will be fully refunded. If any damage or missing items are identified, we will notify you accordingly.
Finally, you will hand over the keys to us, and we will send you off with a smile—hoping this is just a "see you soon" and not a farewell. We would love to welcome you back again!
